Cancelling your subscription
Hospitals may cancel their VoiceCard subscription at any time by emailing drpraharsh@gmail.com or via their account manager. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month — the Service stays active until then. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Refunds
- Monthly fees already charged are non-refundable once the billing month has started, since the Service is provided continuously;
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full — write to us within 7 days of the charge; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval;
- If we permanently discontinue the Service mid-cycle, the unused portion of that month is refunded pro-rata;
- Pilot-offer terms (e.g. cancel-anytime during the pilot) are as stated in your pilot agreement and prevail over this section where more favourable.
Hardware (screen kit)
Screen-kit hardware supplied by us carries the manufacturer's warranty. Dead-on-arrival units are replaced free of charge; report within 7 days of installation. Hardware fees are otherwise non-refundable once installed and working.
