VoiceCardbirth announcements

Pay for what you announce

VoiceCard runs on prepaid credit instead of a monthly subscription. You top up when you like, and each birth announcement your staff create draws from that balance.

Step 1

You pay per announcement

One charge for one birth announcement — the animated card, the voice greeting, the lobby-TV celebration and the family's shareable image are all included in it. Quiet month, small bill.

Step 2

You buy credit in advance

Add credit to your hospital's account whenever it suits you, by UPI, card or netbanking. Each announcement your staff create is taken from that balance, and the balance is visible to your staff at any time.

Step 3

Larger packs carry extra credit

The bigger the top-up, the more credit we add on top of what you pay. Hospitals with a busy labour ward end up paying noticeably less per announcement.

Step 4

No monthly commitment

There is no subscription, no auto-debit mandate and no notice period. Credit does not expire, so a slow month costs you nothing at all.

Included at no extra cost

What it costs for your hospital

The per-announcement rate depends on the size of your hospital and how many births you expect each month, so we quote it per hospital rather than publish one number. Tell us roughly how many deliveries you do in a month and we will send your rate, the credit packs available to you, and a demo — usually within one working day.

Top-ups are paid by UPI, card or netbanking via Razorpay — one-time payments, no autopay mandate. Amounts are exclusive of GST where applicable.

Starting out? Ask about the pilot offer for your first months — screen kit included, installed by us, and you only spend credit on the announcements you actually make.
